EndPoint Description : This API is used to send an invitation to a business organization.
It supports inviting both new businesses and existing businesses using a single unified endpoint.

Invitation Flow :

  • Invite New Business

    • If taxIdNumber are NOT provided, the system treats the request as a new business invitation.
    • A new business invitation is created and sent to initiate onboarding.

  • Invite Existing Business (KYB Invitation)

    • If taxIdNumber are provided, the system identifies the business as an existing organization.
    • An invitation is generated for the existing business to initiate or continue the KYB verification process.
    • No new business entity is created.

Details :

  • The inviter organization identifier is captured for audit and tracking.
  • The invitation status and details can be tracked using the returned invitation identifier.

Next Step :

  • The invited business can accept the invitation and proceed with onboarding or KYB verification.
  • Use the Get Business Invite by ID API to check invitation status and details.

KYB_INVITATION_SENT
KYB Organization Invite
Triggered when a KYB invitation is sent to an organization. This webhook notifies your system that a new organization verification invite has been created and provides invite details, contact information, and current invitation status.

KYB Invite Completed
Triggered when a KYB organization invitation lifecycle is completed. This webhook is sent when the invited organization either accepts or rejects the invitation. It provides the final invitation status along with organization details and rejection information when applicable.

KYB Organization Created
Triggered when an organization is successfully created after the authority document is signed and the individual VDT is linked with the organization VDT. This webhook confirms organization creation and provides organization identity details.
