Create a Primary VDT
POST/v1/vdt
Creates a Primary VDT for the authenticated organization using the selected registry and attribute values.
Details :
- Requires a valid registryId.
- Attribute values must match the selected registry schema.
- For attributes with dataType
file, pass the uploadsessionId(fromPOST /v1/files/presigned-url) as the slug value after the file is uploaded. - Set options.mint to true when on-chain minting is required.
- Returns SDK-friendly VDT summary fields (id, entityId, registryId, sequenceId, timestamps).
- Use the returned entityId with Get, Update, Burn, and Transfer APIs.

The create request is invalid.

The registry or organization wallet was not found.
A conflicting Primary VDT operation is already in progress.
